Tonight, I had a pleasant time, drinking at Yotsuya with one of the bureaucrats I wanted to drink with for months.
Promising each other we would exchange our views frankly!
今夜は楽しい時間を過ごした。四谷で何ヶ月も飲みたいなぁと思ってた役人さんと一緒に飲んで。
