Yesterday's red wine knocked me out, but I just managed to wake up at noon to hop on my bike to go westward.
The weather and temperature was just right... cloudy, not hot nor cold... I mean...
PERFECTO!
With this best condition, it only took an hour and 17 minutes to Fuchu RC!
昨日の赤ワインでぶっ倒れたが、辛うじて正午には目を覚ましてチャリに乗っかって西の方に向かった。
天候と気温はちょうど良かった…曇りで、暑くもなく寒くもなく…つまり…
か～んぺき！
この最高のコンディションで、たったの１時間１７分で府中競馬場に着いた！

Today's feature race was the first ever Victoria Mile (GI).
Two 4 year old fillies with a great record, Rhein Kraft with two mile-long GI wins and Air Messiah with one GI win over Rhein Kraft, versus the five year old Dance In The Mood with a GI win with numerous great runs on graded races with colts.
きょうの注目レースは第１回のヴィクトリアマイル（ＧＩ）。
良い成績の４歳牝馬が２頭。マイルＧＩ２勝のラインクラフトとラインクラフトを破ったＧＩ勝ち１つのエアメサイア。それとＧＩ勝ちのあって牡馬との重賞でも実績がある５歳のダンスインザムードとの対決。

So I went home later in the night to take a long bath at home to take the stiffness out of my legs.

戻るのにも１時間１７分かかった。
職場に出て、ニュース番組班が今夜のために書いたネタをどう準備しているか確認しに行った。
万事オッケーなようだ！

ということでその後、家に戻ってゆっくりと風呂に入って、足の張りをほぐした。
