Miscalculation lead to misfortune...

I was thinking, or rather hoping that the proposal will be handed to the parties concerned early... at least while the sun is still high... but sadly it was much later than 6PM. I was invited to a dinner party starting at 6:30PM, but I had to write the story and then wait for the editor in Tokyo to publish it which took until 9PM... I finally reached the venue of the party at 9:30 and we only stayed there for an hour and a half... When I happily accepted the invitation two weeks ago, I had no idea there would something like this today! If it were yesterday, I had no problem! Miscalculations lead to misfortunes... boo...

I didn't realize I placed the pen in my pocket without putting the cap on the right place...

No relief...

We went out to have some kyababs today at the restaurant, but I really had no room to be enjoying my dinner. I was thinking about all of the pressures I still have on my shoulders and there was no way of being optimistic with still many things to do with only one week left... Actually we don't even have a week for the special report I have to give out next Sunday and I have to do more than just pray that things will work out.
Today, I also made some mistakes and wasted some of the very precious time. It's really hurting me when I can't make the right decisions and I must be strong and confident I can take the right decisions quickly and accurately.

One of my colleagues was suffering from a cold...

I didn't hesitate to hand him all the medicine I had...
he was especially suffering from throat pains...
I had the same problems months ago, but luckily I hadn't had a cold for years!

Crucial mistake!

Last night, I had to make a really hard decision and rather than cancelling an appointment, I asked my staff to make a head start and I joined them later on. I found out that it would have a real crucial mistake if we had cancelled the filming and I felt relieved I did not make the wrong decision.
But today, I did it. As it started to rain before the meeting, my driver who was out for a petty mission (well not too petty, but I could have asked him to go tomorrow morning) was not able to return on time to leave for the next very important appointment. My decision to call the cab was late and I had to risk my colleagues to ask for kindness to be able to change the appointment to a later time, though the person they were going to meet had a very tight schedule. They somehow managed to get the okay and succeeded in filming later on... I was so relieved to hear this and I was asking again why God is inflicting all these hard challenges on me!?

Right when I opened the door of my room, I felt the cool and refreshing air coming out.
Hey! I don't have any roommates!
Oh, don't tell me I made a real dumb mistake!
No...

yes... the indicator lamp showing that the energy eating machine was in operation was glowing strongly... that means I left it on for more than 12 hours...

Burying my head in my hands, I had to admit I made one of the most basic mistakes when living alone...
So much for my way of helping out in stopping the global warming!
