The karaoke party was over a little after five... yes... five in the morning!
We could have gone forever, but called it quits realizing it's WORKDAY today!!
With only about an hour and a half to sleep, I was just about five minutes late to the ministerial press conference expected to start at 9:15 AM in Kasumigaseki, but the minister was about twenty minutes late, so my tardy didn't count! Ha ha!
カラオケパーティーは５時過ぎに終わった…そう…朝の５時に！
いつまでも続けられたけど、辞めた。だって、気が付いたらきょうって仕事がある日やん！！
１時間半しか眠れない中、午前９時１５分に霞ヶ関で行われる予定だった大臣会見に５分だけ遅れて辿り着いた。でも大臣は２０分ほど遅れたので、遅刻は関係ないのさ！はは！
AND I didn't have to work too hard today, as all the news space was filled with police action...

しかもきょうは一生懸命働く必要は無かった。だってきょうのニュースは警察のお仕事で埋まってたから…。

well... I finally did take a nap on the sofa of my office at around half past nine...
before visiting Kasumigaseki in the evening, I stopped by Ginza to get the last luck of the year-end lottery!!
Finishing off some work I don't want to leave for next week, I finally called it quits just before eleven...
職場と霞ヶ関をうろうろしてたら、寝てる時間が無かった…。
まぁ…９時半ごろにようやく職場のソファーで軽く寝ちゃったけど…。
