Had several drinks, and hopped on a late night train. Surprised to see all these people with their gears on, as I thought we were supposed to be right in the middle of a long holidays-full week.
In the Golden Week, as we call this long series of holidays from the end of April and the beginning of May, it reminds me of my lost love. Regrets and perhaps are some permissible vocabulary I can use at this time of year. Well at least I didn't kill myself!
As I was thinking about bad memories, a senior colleague in my office's mobile phone rang with a familiar melody. Not bad to listen to one of my favorites. What have I done these two years? Let my king of rock 'n' roll sing!

きょうも何杯か酒を飲んで、深夜の電車に飛び乗った。結構たくさんの人たちが仕事着を着て乗ってたのには驚いた。だって、祝日だらけの週の真っ只中にいるはずじゃなかったっけ。
４月の終わりから５月の初めにかけて連休になるゴールデンウイークは愛する人を失ったことを思い出させる。「後悔」と「もしかして」はこの時期にだけ使っても良い数少ない言葉でしょう。まぁ少なくとも自殺しなかったんだから！
悪い思い出のことを思い出している横で、仕事場の先輩の携帯が懐かしいメロディーを奏でながら鳴ってた。たまには大好きな唄に聞き入るか。この２年間何をやってきただろう。その思いについて俺のロックの王様に歌ってもらいますか！
