At the third day of Horiemon's questioning, the ex-CEO of Livedoor jumped down the prosecutor's throat like a dog barking harshly and automatically at an intruder.
It was so trivial as Horiemon and the prosecutors were not arguing on the same wavelengths...
I surely hope I wasn't wasting my time!
Well at least the prosecutors' intentions were evident: hey! Horiemon's not cooperating at all! he's so rude and childish! do you really care to give him award this guy an acquittal!?
I think the judges got the idea...

ホリエモンと検事たちは全く波長が合わないところで議論していて、アホらしかった…。
時間を無駄にしてなかったろうな！
まぁ少なくとも検事たちの意図ははっきりしていた：ね！ホリエモンは全く協力的じゃないよ！とっても無礼で子供っぽいよね！こんなヤツを無罪放免にしちゃう気、本当にあります！？
裁判官たちには伝わったかも…

全くアホらしいという。
取るに取らないって感じのことを言うのに使う。
いやー、本当にホリエモンの裁判は
ひどいときはひどい。内容がないときは、
まさしくtrivial!って感じ。
時々、なんでこんな裁判聞いてるんだろう？
って疑問に思う時がある…。
でも、あともう数回しか無いし、頑張ろう！
