Have I broken the back of the killer series of work!?
I hope so...
I went to the HQ in the morning to get a health check.
Height 172cm... no I haven't shrunken...
Weight 64.4kg... no I haven't gained weight...
but my blood pressure... was the highest ever!!
uh oh...
luckily it was below the borderline of being labeled a hypertension case...
I better watch my "alcohol & meat" inclined drinking and eating...
which of course is all caused by the stress from work!!
また忙しく、かなり仕事があった１週間だった。
一連の仕事のヤマはこれで超えたのかな！？
そうだといいんだけど…
朝は健康診断のために本部に行った。
身長１７２センチ…縮んでないし…
体重６４．４キロ…太ってないし…
でも血圧は…これまでで最高だった！！
ヤベ…
幸い高血圧と診断される境界線よりは低かったけど…
自分の「アルコール＆肉」に偏った飲食を気をつけないとね…
すべて仕事からのストレスから来てるんだけどね！！
Back to Kasumigaseki going through the constantly raining downtown...
The winds were so strong today, it was suicidal to go outside...
Luckily(?), I still had tons of work to do.
It was still windy when I headed home and my umbrella had its day.

雨がずっと降り注ぐ都心を走って霞ヶ関に戻った…。
きょうは風もかなり強く、外に出るのは自殺行為だった…
幸いにも（？）、やらなきゃいけない仕事がまだ腐るほどあった。
家に向かった時、まだ風が強く、俺の傘は最後の日を迎えた。
