While I was sleeping soundly at around five thirty of early morning, Jiji's flash news service sent a message to my mobile phone saying "According to CNN, a plane carrying 200 burst into flames at Toronto Airport of Canada"...
Very short but astonishing, isn't it?
That's how the first and crucial information comes in.
Reading this, wouldn't you think that a plane carrying hundreds crashed killing them all??
...OK. Please give me your honest thoughts... Yeah, maybe I think too negatively these few months when it's about airplanes. Especially having a deadly train crash in the west, and having numberless troubles with the airline industry recently...
Luckily no one was fatally hurt this time and we can still laugh when we talk about airliners and cute flight attendants...

早朝の５時半頃、まだすっかり熟睡しているときに、時事の速報ニュースサービスから携帯電話にメッセージが入ってきた。「米ＣＮＮテレビによるとカナダのトロント空港で２００人を乗せた旅客機が炎上した」…。
すごく短いけど、驚くだろ？
そうやって最初の、そして重大な情報が入ってくるもんだ。
これを読んで、何百人も運んでいる航空機が墜落して全員が死んでしまったと思わない？？
…そう。率直な意見を聞かせて欲しい…。そうだね、確かにここ数か月は飛行機のことについては悪い方向に考えすぎているかも知れない。特に西で重大な電車事故があって、最近は航空業界で数々のトラブルがあっただけにね…。
幸運なことに誰も致命的なけがをしなかったようで、まだ飛行機や可愛いスッチーの話をしても笑ってられるね…。
