Too much alcohol...

5 drinking parties at 7 different izakayas and pubs in 3 nights... Phew...
It was supposed to be a day off for my liver, but instead I was drinking again for about 6 hours this night...
Monday and Tuesday's parties were mainly about saying farewell to my senior colleagues, but today, I had time to talk to the much younger, who are planning to enter our company next year.
It's quite hard for me to communicate with them as they're really innocent about what they are facing next year as freshmens. The willingness and devoting spirits are at their heights right now, and I have to try to be reasonable as ever about what I inform them with, as they probably will believe anything I say. But honestly... these guys were trustful and I tried to be as informative as I can.
After the party I was drinking with older acquaintances and sparked up again. Talking about my life and worries. But drowsiness easily caught me just a while before midnight... I always thought I'm young enough to do anything... especially when alcohol is the issue... I think I have to change my view a little bit... Zzz...

the wheels without tires... Posted by Hello

There were 2 striking news for me today. Both were not fatal, fortunately, but very alerting.
In the morning, Japan Airlines' airplane had another trouble, as one the jet planes landing at Haneda airport, lost its tires of the nose gear wheels, which fell off during landing. The accident caused only minor injuries, but it probably left many of the passengers in real danger. I'm getting wary of riding planes, but we really need to use them when we have to get to distant places quickly. I really hope there wouldn't be any major accidents, and our only hope is the serious checking by the airline companies to prevent them. I just pray for their devotion!

Another news was the Magnitute 7.4 earthquake off the coast of Northern California. The quake was not close to the big cities and probably none have felt any danger from it. But next year it'll be the 100th anniversary of the 1906 earthquake greatly damaging the San Fransisco bay area.
California is another dangerous place concerning earthquakes, just like Japan is. I hope they are all ready for disasters, as I have many acquiantances there including my dearest sister. I just pray for their readiness!

It's just important to know how vulnerable we are. Then we can be ready to take in whatever's ahead!
Yes, the three of us have things in common. Without alcohol maybe all of us will die... but we mustn't forget one thing... I know you never drink and drive, and I promise I never do it either!
