It was the start of a really tough and challenging week.

To start off the day, I was wondering around...

the Meguro Station area!

Getting a journalist visa is really a challenge. Reason and justice or even losses and gains have nothing to do with the procession of visas. It's just pure bureaucracy and following procedures that count. So compared with the time I need to prepare when I'm covering a story in Japan, it takes an additional two to three weeks to just get a permission to proceed covering a highly controlled country!

Now I only can pray that I could move on with my plans...
