Making a vow...

Looking at the sun from my room at 6AM. The editing process finished just before 5:30AM. I'm was so sleepy, but luckily I was able to sleep well into the afternoon.

At night I went out to drink with young bureaucrats. Together we swore we will try to make a better world and vowed never to be shortsighted. With turmoil, it's our chance to start making changes, and at my age, that's an offer, rather than an obligation!
