the Grand Prix Takarazuka Kinen.
Before the race, without so much time left, I decided to take a look at

It's interesting to look at
the history of this race. (though it's
self-opinionated as I look at the races
after '88 which horses I know have won) When both the most favorite and the second favorite comes in the place position, the race has always finished with
the second favorite first and
the most favorite second. (the o marked year of '88,'91,'99,'01)
When either loses finishing at third or worse, the horse
never even makes the third position.
Looking at cases where the
both the most favorite and
second favorite are
GI winners, when the most favorite runs well like the years '90(finished second), '93, '00, the other horse in the place position was the 3rd, 8th, 6th favorites. When the second favorite runs well like in '89, the other horse in place was the 10th favorite.
When both lose, the 6th and 8th favorite finished within second place.
Looking at this,
if the race finishes with the two favorites, I only need
the exacta of Zenno Rob Roy to Tap Dance City, right?
If the most favorite Tap will win,
a quinella of Tap Dance City and a lesser favorite? The only type seen in '89 is with
the second favorite, this year with
Rob Roy, it should be
an exacta of Zenno Rob Roy to a low rank favorite? The other unique type is the pattern seen in the race two years ago with
an exacta of a low rank favorite GI winner to a not bad contender. If we can follow this example,
exacta from the 3 fillies to Silk Famous? Big Gold? Hearts Cry? Lincoln? Sunrise Pegasus?Hmm, pretty complicating.Just for reference, the other years' races...
The
winning horse being the victor of
the first and only GI race was accomplished in '95, '97, '98, '02 (the ! marked year) with all the winners being the most or second favorite! The horse in second place were the 5th, 3rd, 9th, 4th favorites.
And when
the most favorite wins, but fourth or worse ranked favorite horse comes in second is with
the most favorite being a GI winner, but not the second favorite. (like in years '94, '96, '04 with the G marked year) The 8th, 4th, 6th favorites jumped in to get second place.
'92, the leftover year (marked with ?), the most favorite was not a GI winner (finished second), and the winner was the ninth favorite
Mejiro Palmer which capturing
the Arima Kinen afterwards. Probably an exception.

どちらかが３着以下に負ける場合、その馬が３着に入ったことは一度もない。
今年のレースのように①番人気と②番人気がＧⅠ馬の場合で見てみると、そのうち①番人気が来たのは、90年（２着）、93年、00年で、相手はそれぞれ③、⑧、⑥人気。
②番人気が来たのは、89年で相手は⑩番人気。
両方とも負けたときは⑥人気と⑧人気で決着。
これから見ると、人気サイドで行くなら、ゼンノロブロイ→タップダンスシチーの一点でいいか？
① 番人気のタップが来るなら、タップダンスシチー＝ヒモ穴か？あとは89年の一例しかない②番人気のロブロイで行く場合は、ゼンノロブロイ→人気薄か？も う一つの１例しかないおととしのパターンの人気薄のＧＩ馬→そこそこの実力馬の場合。まねするなら、牝馬３頭→シルクＦ？ビッグＧ？ハーツＣ？リンカー ン？サンライズＰ？
うーん、難しい。
参考までに残りの年も見てみると…。
勝った馬が最初で最後のＧＩ制覇だった95年、97年、98年、02年（！マーク）の勝馬はすべて②人気以内！その相手は⑤、③、⑨、④番人気。
そして①番人気が勝ったけど、④番人気以内が来た場合は、①番人気がＧＩ馬だけど、②番人気はＧＩ馬でないときだ。（94年、96年、04年でＧマークの年）２着は⑧、④、⑥人気が突っ込んできている。
残りの92年（？マーク）は１人気（２着）はＧＩ馬ではなく、勝ったのがその後、有馬記念も勝った９人気のメジロパーマー。例外か。
