Winter again?

Not much sakuras left in the cherry blossom trees in Shinagawa

Attended a technical syposium all day in Shinagawa. A really freezing day as it was just below 10 degrees Celsius, climate of mid-February.

After the Shinkansen, Japan Railways' super express bullet train, added Shinagawa station to one of its terminals, the area has modernized quite a bit.
I've been here several times, but I was restless each time not being used to such an artificial city.
