He sometimes showed a "devil-may-care" attitude smiling at the prosecutors questioning, and staring at the witness mostly throughout the hearing.

３時間しか寝られなかったのに、また忙しい日だった。
２日目の裁判で、ホリエモンはダークグレーのスーツとグレーのストライプが入ったネクタイを選んできた。尋問を行う検察官にニコニコしながら意に介しない態度を時々見せた。公判中はほとんど証人をにらんでいた。
あと何回公判があるの？ま、証人尋問があと２４日間行われる予定だ。
