Hello spring!

タイトル：春よこんにちは！

Start of a new fiscal year.
New faces coming to the city starting their careers.
New faces on TV starting brand-new programs.
But for me, it's just another Monday.
新しい年度初め。
新人たちが街に来て社会人人生を始めている。
テレビでは新しい顔が新番組で見られる。
でも俺にとっては、またいつもの月曜日。

strong winds will probably blow the cherry blossoms away showing the last of their beauty...

Well, it's spring!
The long-waited season... the most joyous time of the year!!
写真：強風は桜の花びらを吹き飛ばすだろう。最後の美しさを見せながら…。
さぁ、春になったんだな！
待ちわびた季節…一年で最も楽しい日々だ！！

fiscal year　年度
イギリスではfinancial yearとなるらしい。
日本では年度が４月から始まるのは何となく知っていた。
学校が４月から始まるからだ。
でもアメリカでは学校は９月から始まるし、
ビジネスの世界も営業年度は１月から始まる。
３月と４月って何の区切りにもならない。
でもこの「年度」って表現するときに
fiscal yearしか思い付かない。
海外ではfiscal year 2006を略して
FY2006（２００６年度）と表現するけど、
これだと２００７年３月に終わる年度でなく、
２００６年１２月に終わる年度だと思われてしまう。
JFY2006（japanese fiscal year)って感じで
日本の年度っていう新定義を作って欲しいもんだ。
お隣の韓国や台湾とかも年度は欧米流なのかな？
