It's really tough... Some tell me I should be careful not to die from overwork.
Let's make it clear now.
I intend not to die nor even to be hospitalized because of overwork! That's sheer folly and as I insist, I'd rather quit this job than retire from life. You may laugh, but it's true some working in my community have faced sudden death with overwork suspected to be blamed of. I'd rather survive a little bit longer than to die bravely but emptily in the battlefield now!
It's just not worth it!

I'm anxious about your body and mental health. It is difficult why overwork happens. Is the ploblem solved if the number in your section increase? I'm sure it is not simply. But,at least, the company which says "Overwork is not good." should not
ReplyDeletemake the emploree put on an overwork situation, if I may say so.
Health is the most important problem.
Please have a good sleep and have a moderate food.
Overwork is just a spontaneous problem for us. It's also a constant problem.
ReplyDeleteIt varies by weeks, months, or even seasons, how busy we are. (And I think it's the same with any other occupation!)
The ability to cool off while we can, is all left in our hands. If we can't control how busy we are, we must collapse, just like a company would go bankrupt.
"Overwork is not good", we say. Of course it's not good. But it's even worse, if we do nothing when we see overwork ahead and we know we can't control it. We first must ask ourselves if we could overcome it or not. If not, we just have to find an alternative, so we would not collapse!
I think I can overcome this coming several weeks of overwork. After it's over, I'm not sure if I'll be able to overcome the next coming overwork. If I realize I can't, then that's when I make a decision to take the alternative!!
(Is my English too complicated!? I'll be happy enough to translate it into Japanese whenever you want!)
