Pain after some absence...

Many things are developing... as the first month of the Iranian calendar has gone, things are moving and maybe I'm the only one still being left on an island in the rapids.

I had to clear up many things, but the headache after a silence of several weeks viciously attacked me today and I just wanted to sleep after my staff finished their working hours... I did take a nap in the evening, but the ache did not go away...

I know it's coming from the shoulders and it could be easily explained if the stress that has accumulated over the weeks and the exhaustion has transferred into stiffness and then to pain... I seriously need to rest tomorrow... I will!
