A big issue!?

It was an usual start for us in Iran, but it seems that the world has entered a crazy weekend... I had no idea that the other countries, including Japan, were now enterting the panic mode because of the news of "swine flu" spreading in Mexico and the Americas.
Actually, I had no idea what "swine" was, and I had to look up the dictionary of its meaning.
The biggest issue for me was that my colleagues in Europe, especially in Paris, were caught in the middle of the breaking news, as they were the ones to cover the WHO Headquarters in Geneva.
Well, everything has its timing, but without any thoughts about how things would influence the other, I had already bought our tickets to Paris when I realized I should have had second thoughts. Too late now... let me wait till tomorrow to announce anything to my colleagues!
