Negotiating for permission...

I thought that the country I stay in is one of the toughest places to negotiate for permissions, but I find the GCC Arab states to be even further trickier... Of course, it's not helping that there's no one who can speak Arabic around me and that's disasterous when you have to get info and negotiate with the Arabs...
I hope I can get the permission in two days... All I can say again is... Inshallah!
