Using my precious time, I went to a meeting of the board of directors for the Japanese community in Iran, but though it was only the second one I've attended, I felt a bit estranged. Most of the members are of course from the private sector, especially in the trading and engineering areas, and it didn't feel right being one of the youngest attending, to be sitting and hearing about the activities.
I had to seriously get ready for my live report coming up and another recording for the radio. Seriously, my enthusiasm level has dropped to the least and I'm just thinking about having a day off... which I won't get being a foreign correspondent...

a tasty lunch cooked by our friend coming twice a week!
