Being a correspondent, I realize that I have to give up hope about getting any days off as I'm the sole representative of my organization staying in this country!
I should have waken up when I had a call from Tokyo early in the morning, but after answering the questions I went back to sleep, only to have a busy afternoon answering to another request from a different department. I was sorry that I had to call one of my staff to the office making him give up his lunch with his friends. Oh am I the devil or am I just an obedient worker?
Well, still I'm a foreign correspondent that has to follow rules and not a maverick like the Conservative candidate was chanting... but to be sure, I'm not saying I want to be a freelance... but you know, anyone would surely want to have some time to rest!
having another pizza... ordering it with my staff who missed his lunch... of course it was my treat!
