◆Baseball: Okajima earns MLB All-Star berth
NEW YORK, July 6 KYODO
Boston Red Sox rookie reliever Hideki Okajima won the final spot on the American League squad for next week's major league All-Star game, Major League Baseball said Thursday.
Okajima topped four other AL candidates in a final Internet vote to choose the 32nd player for the AL and National League in next Tuesday's game at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
