This week, I only had one day, on Monday to go out to eat lunch.

At last, I finally had my second lunch this week...

but only at Doutor, a chain store cafe...

At last, I finally get a chance to go out drinking tonight... tomorrow I have to get into overnight duty, so at least I can enjoy now...

今週は、１日だけ、月曜日に昼飯に食べに出ただけ。
ようやく、今週２回目の昼飯をやっと食べることができた…。
