And my favorite season awaits right behind the cherry blossom season!

あなたはどの桜が好き?
今年はどのタイプの桜が待ってるのかな…。
It's been rainy and stormy here in California and it will be like that for another week...can't wait for spring. And I miss seeing the real sakuras in Japan.
ReplyDelete- your sakura-loving sister
I understand... this time of year... waitin' for spring, is quite torturous!
ReplyDeleteBut in Japan, we can wait to see the sakuras and I think you're missin' a whole lot, sis!!
P.S. I hope you're havin' a great time over there! C'mon, I still think you're livin' in one of the greatest places on earth!
But take care and remember that any kinda earthquake can happen there at any time, just like in Japan. (By the way, did you know next April will be the 100th anniversary of the Great San Francisco Quake of 1906? Any events... or any kinda ideas you can offer me to cover!? Yes, so I can get my ass to my beloved hometown area reporting about something!!)
