It's just a matter of course to work step by step and even a little indifferently to get ready for elections. You don't get any medal of honors doing this job, but with harmony among the coverage team, taking care of sober paperworks, we bring to our audiences an election special on Sunday night.

一歩一歩着実に働くことは当たり前なんだ、回りのことに少し無関心になりながら、選挙の準備をするときは。この仕事をしても勲章はもらえない。でも取材チームと一致団結して、地味な事務作業をこなして、ようやく視聴者に選挙当番を日曜の夜にお届けすることができる。
準備を終えるのに、もうあと１日とちょっとしかない。

選挙の仕事って、やって当たり前、
失敗したら地獄という、すごく
マイナス思考な仕事だ。
当然、選挙を一生懸命やったからって
プラス査定になったことはない。
でも、これほどチームワークが
問われる仕事はなく、
とにかく自分の仕事だけは
一生懸命やろう！ってみんなが思うと
すごく良い結果が出る充実感が待っている。
一匹狼的な人には分からないかも知れないけど
テレビの仕事ってそういうことが
たくさんあるから、それが面白いって
思わないんだったら、他のメディアに
行った方がいいかもね。
