タイトル：殺人台風の猛威

The eye of the fierce murderer landed nearby Isahaya City of Nagasaki Prefecture right after 2pm.
Named Nabi, the killer took its time to sneak up to western Japan pouring heavy rain especially in south Kyushu. There was a downpour of over 1300mm in parts of Miyazaki Prefecture causing flooding in various areas. Miyazaki City was very fortunate the large river of Oyodogawa River didn't overflow which could have caused a damage much closer to New Orleans' by the deadly hurricane.
Still at least 20 are said to be killed or missing this moment, and I feel very sad that many were killed staying at their homes, even though we were calling for caution especially for rain.
Though the storm is weakening, its life hasn't ended, and it still can bring tidal surges in lowlands and heavy rains as it heads towards east and north Japan.
Let's keep an eye on its path!

午後２時すぎ、荒れ狂う殺人者の目が長崎県諫早市付近に上陸した。
ナービーと名付けられた殺人者はゆっくりと西日本に忍び寄り、特に九州南部に激しい雨を浴びせた。宮崎県の一部では１３００ミリを超える豪雨となって、あ らゆる場所で洪水が起きた。宮崎市では幸いにも、恐ろしいハリケーンで被害を受けたニューオーリンズのような被害を出すことになり得た、大淀川という大き な川はあふれることなかった。
それでも今の時点で亡くなった人と行方不明の人は少なくとも２０人出てるし、家に残って亡くなった人が多いことに心を痛める。特に雨に警戒するように呼びかけていたんだけど。
嵐は弱まったが、まだ死んではいない。東と北日本に向かう中、これから低地で高潮が発生したり、激しい雨がふるおそれが残っている。

　軌道やコースという意味の「進路」として
　台風などの進路を指すこともできる。
　今回の台風は途中、九州の右側を通るpathが
　予想されていたが、途中から左側に…。
　台風が左側に来ると被害が大きくなるが、
　今回、その通りになってしまった。
　速度が遅かったので、なおさらだ。
