Raison d'etre

A nourishing lunch! Ainori-don with unagi and yakitoris!

At this period of week, my stamina runs out. All the fatigue accumulates from urgent calls from our Mother Earth to participate in emergency broadcasting.
I get so tired from repeated scrambles and just pray the weekends will be peaceful. Beyond doubt, being able to report on what many are really anxious about through broadcasting and having a possibility to even save one's lives through this plays a key role in maintaining my posture that I'm a broadcaster. That at least gives me my raison d'etre.
But it also gives me another question. Am I here in earth just to do my job? No... I gotta get more mature to start a better private life...

１ 週間のこの時期になると、スタミナが切れる。母なる地球からの緊急呼び出しで緊急放送に関わってきた疲労が蓄積して。
ス クランブルの繰り返しで本当に疲 弊するので、とにかく週末は平和であることを祈る。確かに放送を通じてみんなが本当に気にかけていることを伝えることや、それを通じて誰かの命を守ること ができる可能性もあることは放送人である姿勢を保つのに重要な役割を演じている。それが少なくとも俺の存在意義なんだ。
でもそれは同時にもう１つの疑問も 産むんだよね。俺はこの地球にこの仕事をやるためだけにいるの？違うよね…。もう少し大人になってマシなプライベートライフを追求しないとね…。

　レゾンデートル。フランス語ですが、日本社会でもよく使いますね。
　フランス語じゃなくて、英語だと思ってる人も少なくないっしょ。
　まぁきちんと英語使うなら、reason for existence辺りですか
