It took me more than three hours to get a plate for my car... and it was my second day here!

I've learned already that I shouldn't count on getting things like we can in Japan, but it's really a pain to wait, wait and wait...
Well, when the future of this country will be brighter, the bureaucracy would surely revolutionize... I hope...
