　round off to the nearest...という用法で
　使われる。最も近い…に四捨五入すること。
　１０の位に四捨五入するのなら、本当は
　round off to the nearest tenと言う。
　round offは英語でも五捨六入ではなく、四捨五入。
　皆さんご存じの麻雀は五捨六入。
　来年の誕生日時には、麻雀ルールを取り入れるかな！
　参考までに切り上げはround up。切り下げはround down。
